ALASKA ZIPLINE
ADVENTURE PARK
FAMILY-OWNED. RANCH BUILT. ALASKA MADE

SOME HISTORY...
Sunderland Ranch was established over 40 years ago by Wick and Candy Sunderland after purchasing an agricultural parcel sight unseen at a borough auction. Sloan and Katie Sunderland, Wick and Candy's son and daughter-in-law, took over and expanded into agritourism. AZAP was born from that expansion: zipline plans started in 2020, construction in 2021, and the park opened in early summer 2022. The original 1950s grain farm structures from before the 1964 earthquake are still standing and in use.
ADVENTURE WITH HEART.
