They were very responsive to our needs. We got in late after a day at the fair and our room was open and ready for us on our arrival. This was our second time here and we love that it’s quiet and out of town.
This is a working farm. Horses cattle and acres of farming with amazing views of the mountains. Kate and her family were super hosts. You can walk or go horse back riding around their beautiful farm. Thank you Airbnb for this unusual experience!
If you want to see the beautiful countryside of Palmer, stay in an authentic and precious space, stay here. No questions asked. I stayed in the cowboy room and had the most amazing view. It was absolutely stunning and I wish I could’ve stayed longer.
We rented all four barn rooms for guests after our wedding and they enjoyed their stay! They thought the rooms were very charming, and a really great value. Katie is very responsive and helpful in her communications, and checked in several times to make sure we had everything we needed.

Our family loved our visit at the Sunderland Ranch. The kids had a great time playing with all the animals and the Sunderland’s were great hosts. We can’t wait to go back.

I highly recommend visiting the AZAP during its season. The trail ride we took after the ziplining was the cherry on top. The horses were highly trained and easy to ride.
Great trail ride, Drew was experienced and shared many fun information about Alaska. We saw a moose on our ride and many beautiful views!
The horse back riding was amazing. Drew was sweet and calming. I would highly recommend it the this farm, we didn’t feel constrained in any way. It was well worth the money spent.
